Beautiful duo for sensitive skin
📣🎊🙋🏼♀️ Testing, testing! Serum and sunscreen as a duo against fine lines 🙋🏼♀️🎊📣 I've been using the CE ferulic serum in the winter for years. It's full of antioxidants and, thanks to its oily structure, it's everything my dry, sensitive skin needs. That's why I now got the matching Brightening UV Defense SPF 30 facial sunscreen, for a defense routine against fine lines. I never choose brightening products myself because I have freckles that I don't want to bleach. But I read that the dose is not so high that I have to worry about that. And at 38 years old, apart from drought, I don't really have fine lines on my face either. But maybe that's because of the serum? I really like using the sunscreen. It is a light texture that absorbs quickly and does not cause me irritation or a shiny face. It's nice that this sunscreen also contains vitamin E. This neutralizes free radicals and replenishes skin lipids. The filters are both mineral and chemical. This duo goes well together and optimally cares for and protects my sensitive and dry skin. Definitely recommended if it's within your budget! #skinceuticals #doubledefence #fijnelijntjes #vitaminece #zonnebrandcreme #weareeves #tester

Very nice combination
These 2 Skinceuticals products are really the best combination. I first used the vitamin c serum on its own, which was also nice. However, I really notice that the combination with the spf works super well. Since vitamin c and spf are a match made in heaven, I already expected it, but usually spf creams cause pimples for me, but that didn't bother me at all now as it's not too greasy. The only thing I have is the SPF packaging. It is a pricey product, which would make a different package feel more luxurious. I think a pump can make you feel more luxurious and also a little more hygienic and more control over how much you use. Furthermore, I am very happy with it!

Glowy!
How nice to be able to test high-end Skinceuticals products? Super fun, of course! The CE Ferulic Vitamin C serum is truly a glowgetter! The full size costs quite a bit but it really gives a great result. Did you know that vitamin C enhances the effects of SPF? How nice then to combine the serum with Skinceuticals' Brightening UV Defense SPF30. The SPF protects against UVA and UVB. I think SPF30 is sufficient in the autumn and winter in the Netherlands. It is a lightweight cream and spreads easily. It leaves no white haze and absorbs quickly. It gives a glowy effect on the skin and, in combination with a vitamin c serum, the skin really shines. It contains no perfume or essential oils but does have a light (not annoying) scent. That smell probably comes from one of the ingredients However, it does contain denatured alcohol and I avoid that in my skin products because my dry and sensitive skin does not cope well with it. Unfortunately, I've also noticed that my skin reacts sensitively to this SPF. I got red spots and bumps. So not suitable for my skin and for that reason three stars. If you don't have sensitive skin like mine, I think you'll enjoy using this SPF. #Skinceuticals #spf #glow #Sunscreen
