If you have blond hair and want to go to the grey white side, this is highly recommended! Leave in in the shower for about 5 minutes and then rinse. Top stuff this is very happy with it finally one that works well. I always have trouble finding the good silver shampoo. Gr saar

You can do it in the shower or outside the shower, I would first start with 3-5 minutes in the shower. Really no longer, otherwise it can look blue. No, this doesn't bother me because I usually do it in the last detail and in the shower x

I prefer to use conditioner myself. Have you tried this conditioner before?
