Apple vinegar as conditioner đ Hello healthy hair!
Yes, you read it right, apple cider vinegar is a natural alternative to use as a conditioner. Hello healthy hair! : - - Apple cider vinegar kills the yeast on the scalp that causes dandruff. - Most hair products don't provide a good pH balance, which can make your hair dull and dry. Apple cider vinegar keeps your pH on arrow and cleans hair without affecting natural oils. - Often hair growth is hampered by clogged hair follicles. Apple cider vinegar is perfect for cleansing the scalp, increasing circulation, strengthening hair roots and stimulating hair growth. - Rinsing your hair with apple cider vinegar makes your hair feel super soft and shiny. - Closing the hair scales will keep your ends more beautiful. Apple vinegar from the Bragg brand is for sale at Holland & Barrett, for example, it is a bit more expensive than their own brand, but I have been told that the concentration of this brand is higher, it is also 100% organic and unpasteurized (raw and unfiltered) Packed with vitamins! I have been using this method for more than three months now, which allows me to determine if it works well for myself. My hair has been greatly damaged after all dyeing in recent years, thinking of hair loss, dead ends etc. Now know that a good shampoo and conditioner is a must, because once you use products with chemical ingredients, your hair won't get better on it, it can even worsen your hair. That's why I started to delve into natural methods. So I ended up washing with baking soda (shampoo) and rinse with apple cider vinegar (conditioner) đ I will make a separate post about washing with baking soda and all in and outs about it SOON! My hair has been improved by rinsing with apple cider vinegar, I don't have hair loss anymore and my hair is extremely soft after every rinse. Regrettably, standard conditioners have so many harmful ingredients, which made me completely dissipate on commercial brands... đđ Apple cider vinegar can be used in different ways, both internally and externally. Many women use apple cider vinegar to drink as a natural detox drink (not tried themselves yet) Shake the bottle equally well before use, as it is cloudy. Add some of the apple cider vinegar into an empty spray bottle or tray (which you find the easiest way) and mix it with the same amount of water so that the ratio is right and rinse. Repeat weekly for best results. Attention: Apple cider vinegar is strong fragrance #applecider #hollandandbarrett #appelazijn #conditioner

I had problems with my bowels/stomach and got the tip from my niece (health doctor): 2 to 3 tablespoons a day. No more complaints since then.. it would also be possible for detox purposes! Fortunately, I don't experience any side effects or anything đđ

31-3-2020 ~DIY Tuesda~ @weareeves Selfmade leave in spray for shiny and lint-free hair. đđ»ââïž I've posted this DIY on we are eves before, but I wanted to share it again because it landed somewhere in the bottom of my shelfie and has really been the best DIY for my hair! In addition, I gave the recipe a small update. What do you need: âą spray vial âą aloe vera juice âą 1/4 apple cider vinegar âą1/4 oil âą few drops of essential oil of choice Apple cider vinegar đ Apple cider vinegar naturally has a very low ph value (acid) and closes the hair scales, making the hairs smoother as it were. This makes the hair less fluffy and shines more. Aloe vera đ± Aloe vera is moisturizing to the hair without weighing it down. oil đ§ Oil lays a layer around the hair and seals it as it were. Consider the thickness of your hair which oil you want to put in. Thick hair? â> castor oil or olive oil. Normal hair? â> jojoba oil or rose hip oil. Fine hair? â> kukui oil or argan oil Essential Oil đž This is for the smell, because you have to keep in mind that vinegar does not smell very good. The vinegar air will go away once it dries up.
