Bountiful Moisture Muru Muru Butter & Rose Shower Gel

Love Beauty and Planet body lotion. I think I like this lotion, but not 100% anyway. I love the brand, they have beautiful products with delicious scents that are quite sustainable and affordable. What I also appreciate about LBAP products is that the ml is always a lot, I absolutely don't like small products for my body, which is also more ballastening for the world. It is a vegan and cruelty free (the mother company is unfortunately not cruelty free) product. I love it when things are in pumps, that just makes it all a bit easier and cleaner. The product looks super nice, I love pink and roses, so it's an asset to your shelfie for the eye alone. It is a milky water like substance that absorbs quickly, it leaves no white faint (also fine). The amount of 1 pump is just enough for 1 thigh, I have horse riding legs so I need a lot. It is easy to massage, leaves a wonderful scent that can last you smell on your skin and leaves a soft scent on the clothes you put on afterwards. It makes my skin soft and nourish pretty well, I love it especially for my upper body because I like to use extra oil or butters with a lotion. For my lower body I don't find it nourishing and moisturizing enough, it's soft but just doesn't moisturize enough because my legs quickly become ashy again. It's called “delicious glow” but that doesn't make it at all, because it's milky and watery it absorbs quickly without leaving a nice moisturized glow, for that the lotion just isn't fat enough. So you actually have a matte lotion with this one, but even though I like glow, it doesn't bother me. I think it's especially nice to grease after a hot day, because like many LBAP products, it's refreshing. I find the smell in the pump itself far too heavy and right after the lubrication, but once it's retracted it is wonderfully soft but also present. A scent smells different on everyone's skin, so it gets fresh and soft to me, but people do say I smell good because it's also present. I like the lotion, but I'm looking for more of a butter or moisturizer for my lower body but will definitely continue to use it. X Vonne
