Bristles are too stiff
The brush is still too hard for my hair, and when I comb it wet, I notice that my hair still remains stuck in it (also due to the balls on the ends) and that causes them to break down anyway. I definitely prefer the tangle teezer.

I remove the hair that is stuck and then let them soak in a bath with clarifying shampoo for a few hours so that they are properly degreased. Although I happened to try it with regular dreft the other day and it worked incredibly well. I also usually change the water once in a while. With some hair brushes, I also scrub between the teeth with a small brush. 🧼
