I recently tried the e.l.f. Power Grip Primer, and I’m impressed! It has a gel-like texture that feels sticky at first, but it really helps my makeup stay put all day. My foundation goes on smoothly over it, and it grips everything in place without making my skin feel heavy or oily. I also noticed it gave my skin a nice, hydrated finish. For the price, it’s an amazing primer—especially if you’re looking for something that helps with longevity and gives a smooth base without breaking the bank. Definitely a keeper!

I really wanted to love this primer after seeing all the amazing reviews online however it simply does not work for me in the slightest. I have tried so many different methods of application but every single one leaves my makeup peeling and separating on top of the primer. It also has no stickiness meaning my makeup has nothing to grip to and does not last.

Elf power grip primer is great, but I recommend using alot plus moisturizer if you have dry skin. However, it makes your makeup stick very well and ensures that it stays for a good night out or long hours at school or work. I would heavily recommend this for oily skin and combination skin.

Really great primer if you want your makeup to last all day, is very sticky so if you don’t like that I would avoid. However, I love it as my makeup does not move at all, and it was the first primer I tried. Also a very affordable option, one of the best drugstore options out there.

Debated buying from The Beauty Crop for the first time and it did not disappoint! For a primer at such a good price it sticks really well to your skin without drying it out, and makes my makeup look smooth instead of clumpy with other primers. Also the product smells amazing !

I’ve used a lot of primers throughout my years of makeup but I honestly think this is the best one I’ve used! I remember seeing this in the shop as a kid and buying it because it was cheap but honestly it’s so worth the hype it has now. Keeps your makeup stuck to your face all day

Good product, very sticky and works well at keeping makeup on. Only downside to it is it doesn’t pair well with some products like certain concealers and cause the products to separate. The products not pore clogging and doesn’t upset my acne prone skin.

I love this product as it is a really good base for your makeup and helps it to stay on for alot longer than other primers i have used i would recommend this to others as it is very affordable and does what it is supposed to do this also pairs well with the elf halo glow

I use this product regularly when i want some light coverage. I use a concealer under it and it is great on top. The applicator stick is perfect size for dispensing the product. The product itself is great, doesn’t break me out in acne, is affordable and isn’t too shiny on the skin. It creates a perfect natural cover which could be buildable.

Literally so in love with this I milked it to the bone and I want to try the putty primer next time so good makes my makeup stick for the WHOLE day no creasing. I use it after my skincare and it sits like magic absolutely amazing and would recommend for anyone. It works great with my oily skin

I always use a primer before applying any make up. This stuff is great. Gives my make up real staying power. It smells good to and is also cruelty free which is a big plus. I always use my hands to apply a primer. Full size product costs about £10 which isn't bad for the size as a little goes a long way with this.

The e.l.f. Putty Primer has received mixed reviews, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't very positive. While the texture is smooth but it doesnt spread or blend in easily, I found that it didn’t provide the long-lasting hold I was hoping for. After a few hours, my makeup started to fade and didn’t look as fresh as it did initially. Additionally, I noticed that it can sometimes feel a bit heavy on the skin, which isn't ideal for those with oily or combination skin types. The packaging is also a bit inconvenient, as the pot can be tricky to open and close without making a mess. Overall, while it may work for some, I didn't find it to be the game-changer I expected.

A great holy grail products. I use this to add a bit of colour and light coverage to my face on no make up/natural days but this is also a great first step/primer before my foundation and helps blend it in well. The shades are decent too and there’s loads of product to use. Still not finished my bottle

This is worth the hyper. A nice hydrating jelly primer that lets your make up grip to your face without becoming caked. Would recommend to anyone looking to make their make up last. Applied with my hands, applied my usual make up on top and it made it sit so well.

This products is the best if you want your eyeshadow to last and be more intense, give an even finish and makes shadow application easier, very creamy consistency easy to blend out whit a brush and dries down like a semi matte finish, all eyeshadow just sticks to it but you can still blend it, works well whit glitter or loose pigment too, absolutely love this base for my makeup.

This primer is an absolute godsend. I’m a dancer so with all the lights, sweat and the dancing my makeup stays on the entire show. When you first put the primer on your skin does feel sticky (I personally like that as I know my makeup will stay on) if you are someone who doesn’t like a sticky primer then you won’t like this. There also is no smell to the primer as some that I have used have had a fragrance to them or smell a bit funky. I just love this primer it just works so well with my makeup.
